Thank you for shopping with RAUNAQ.

Preorder and Making Time

All RAUNAQ outfits are available on a preorder basis and are carefully made by hand after your order is placed.

Because each outfit requires time to be individually prepared and finished, please allow approximately 25 days for production before dispatch.

Please note that the 25-day timeframe is the making time and does not include delivery.

UK Shipping

Once your outfit has been completed and dispatched, standard UK delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.

The estimated total waiting time is therefore:

Approximately 25 days making time + 3–5 business days shipping time.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delays

As our outfits are handmade, occasional production delays may occur, particularly during busy periods. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Courier delays after dispatch may also occur outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. RAUNAQ is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
