Refund policy

At RAUNAQ, every outfit is produced on a pre-order basis. Each garment is made specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

As a result, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Please ensure you carefully check your chosen colour, size, measurements and delivery address before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. Where appropriate, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your legal rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
